Every order is roasted fresh and shipped within 3 days to ensure your coffee is delivered at peak freshness.
3. Where is your coffee sourced from?
We partner with farmers in Peru, Mexico, and Bali who carefully select products for quality and unique flavor.
4. Do you offer whole bean and grind options?
Yes! You can choose between freshly ground coffee for convenience or whole beans if you prefer to grind at home for maximum flavor.
5. What is specialty coffee?
Specialty coffee is defined as beans scoring 80+ on a 100-point scale by certified tasters. These premium beans offer exceptional flavor, traceable origins, and sustainable farming. Every coffee we roast meets this standard.
6. How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders typically ship within 2 business days of placement (depending on the day and time your order is placed). Most packages arrive within approximately 5 business days after shipping.

7. Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship within the United States only.
We’re focused on delivering fresh coffee and tea quickly and reliably, and limiting shipping to the U.S. helps us ensure quality and peak freshness with every order.

8. Are your products organic?
Thank you for asking. At this time, our coffees and teas are not certified organic. While many of our sourcing partners follow responsible and sustainable growing practices, we do not currently carry official organic certification.
