At Broken Road Coffee Company, we want you to love every cup. We carefully select and freshly roast our coffee with one simple goal: to give you coffee you’re excited to drink.
30-DAY LOVE YOUR COFFEE GUARANTEE
We understand that coffee is personal. If you receive your coffee and it simply isn’t the right fit for your taste, let us know within 30 days of delivery. We’ll make it right with a refund.
Because coffee is a food product, we cannot accept returns of opened or unopened coffee once it has been shipped due to food safety regulations and the perishable nature of our products. There’s no need to send it back. Just reach out to us at hello@brokenroadcoffee.com with your order number and a brief description of your experience, and we’ll take care of you.
Our goal is simple: we want you to love your coffee.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@brokenroadcoffee.com.
Please include:
Your order number
Photos of the damaged product and packaging, if applicable
A brief description of the issue
We’ll work with you quickly to provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.
MERCHANDISE RETURNS
Non-consumable merchandise, such as mugs, apparel, and accessories, may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original condition, with any tags or labels still attached.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the merchandise arrived damaged or defective.
REFUND PROCESSING
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to post the credit to your account.
