RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
At Broken Road Coffee Company, we're committed to delivering premium coffee, tea, and merchandise that meets the highest quality standards. Your satisfaction is our priority.
FOOD SAFETY & RETURNS
Due to food safety regulations and the perishable nature of our coffee and tea products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any food or beverage items once they have been shipped. All sales of coffee, tea, and consumable products are final.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
We want you to be happy with every order. If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at hello@brokenroadcoffee.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged product and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
We'll work with you quickly to provide either a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost. Claims for damaged products must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
MERCHANDISE RETURNS
Non-consumable merchandise items (such as mugs, apparel, and accessories) may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original condition with any tags or labels still attached. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
REFUND PROCESSING
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to post the credit to your account.
