SHIPPING POLICY

Processing & Fulfillment Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Coffee is roasted fresh to ensure you receive the highest quality product.

Domestic Shipping We ship throughout the United States via USPS and other trusted carriers. Standard delivery typically takes 3-7 business days after your order ships. Expedited options are available at checkout.

Shipping Costs Shipping is free for orders of $39 or more within the U.S for coffee and tea products. Additional shipping fees of $10 required for custom merchandise shipped within the U.S.

Order Tracking You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our facility. Track your package anytime using the link provided.

Delivery Issues If your order is lost, damaged in transit, or doesn't arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at hello@brokenroadcoffee.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.

Product Freshness Our coffee and tea are packaged to preserve freshness during transit. For best flavor, we recommend enjoying your coffee within 2-4 weeks of the roast date printed on the bag.

International Shipping We currently ship within the United States only.
