How to Brew Grand Teton Grand Teton is built for bold brewing. For drip, brew at 200°F with a 1:15 ratio — the smoked oak depth and dark chocolate finish develop fully through a standard filter basket. French press at a 1:12 ratio amplifies the full body and brings the roasted character forward without bitterness. As an espresso, Grand Teton pulls a rich, structured shot with a natural dark chocolate sweetness that holds up beautifully with or without milk. For cold brew, steep coarsely ground Grand Teton for 14–18 hours — the smoked oak note mellows into a smooth, complex concentrate worth savoring slowly.
