French press is the natural home for Great Smoky Mountains — brew at 1:12 ratio at 200°F with a 4-minute steep to fully develop the smoky depth and dark chocolate richness. For drip, a medium-coarse grind at 1:14 produces a bold, full-bodied cup with a smooth, clean finish. As an espresso, Great Smoky Mountains pulls a commanding shot with a natural dark chocolate sweetness and a thick, satisfying crema.
