Description

Roast: Dark

Flavor Profile: Toffee Brittle, Cocoa

Origin: Brazil, Mexico & Guatemala Blend

Best For: Drip, French press, espresso, cold brew

Reserve No. 2 is proof that dark roast coffee doesn't have to be harsh or bitter. This is a dark roast reimagined — structured, precise, and quietly indulgent from the first sip to the last.

A three-origin blend of Brazil, Mexico, and Guatemala, No. 2 is roasted dark with intention. Layers of toffee brittle and rich cocoa unfold in a full-bodied cup that feels grounded without ever tipping into bitterness. The texture is smooth and velvety, the finish long and composed — a dark roast that earns its depth rather than forcing it.

If you've written off dark roast coffee before, this is the one to try again. If you've always loved it, this is the one that sets the standard.

How to Brew Reserve No. 2 Reserve No. 2 is built for bold brewing methods. Pull it as an espresso for an intense, syrupy shot with deep cocoa undertones. In a French press at a 1:12 ratio, the toffee sweetness opens up beautifully. It also performs exceptionally as a cold brew — 12–18 hours in cold water produces a rich, naturally sweet concentrate that needs nothing added.

Dark roast, done right.
