Description

Roast: Light Medium

Flavor Profile: Ripe Cherry, Fudge, Bourbon

Origin: Colombia (Single Origin)

Best For: Pour over, AeroPress, drip

Reserve No. 8 is our single origin Colombian coffee at its most expressive — a light-medium roast that rewards the curious cup.

Sourced from the highlands of Colombia, this specialty coffee opens with ripe cherry: bright, juicy, and instantly inviting. A smooth undercurrent of bourbon and dark chocolate brings balance and depth, keeping the cup from ever feeling thin or acidic. The finish is long and polished, with a complexity that lingers well past the last sip.

How to Brew Reserve No. 8 This Colombian light roast shines brightest with a pour over or AeroPress at 200°F with a 1:15 coffee-to-water ratio. The slower extraction draws out the cherry brightness while letting the chocolate and bourbon notes fully develop.

We roast in small, frequent batches to deliver coffee at peak freshness. Our schedule is driven by orders, not inventory—so your coffee ships fresh, not from a shelf.

2. How fresh is the coffee when it arrives?

Every order is roasted fresh and shipped within 3 days to ensure your coffee is delivered at peak freshness.

3. Where is your coffee sourced from?

We partner with farmers in Peru, Mexico, and Bali who carefully select products for quality and unique flavor.

4. Do you offer whole bean and grind options?

Yes! You can choose between freshly ground coffee for convenience or whole beans if you prefer to grind at home for maximum flavor.

5. Do you ship internally?

At this time, we ship within the United States only.

We’re focused on delivering fresh coffee and tea quickly and reliably, and limiting shipping to the U.S. helps us ensure quality and peak freshness with every order.

We hope to expand in the future — stay tuned.
