How to Brew Rocky Mountain: Rocky Mountain is built for bold, everyday brewing. For drip, brew at 200°F with a 1:14 ratio — the caramelized sugar sweetness and baker's chocolate depth develop fully through a standard filter basket. French press at a 1:12 ratio amplifies the full body and velvety texture that defines this blend. As an espresso, Rocky Mountain pulls a commanding, naturally sweet shot with a rich crema that holds up beautifully with or without milk. For cold brew, steep coarsely ground Rocky Mountain for 16–18 hours — the result is a smooth, deeply chocolatey concentrate that captures the spirit of the Rockies in every glass.
