For drip, brew at 200°F with a 1:14 ratio — the caramelized sugar sweetness and baker's chocolate depth develop fully through a standard filter basket. French press at a 1:12 ratio amplifies the full body and velvety texture that defines this blend. As an espresso, Rocky Mountain pulls a commanding, naturally sweet shot with a rich crema that holds up beautifully with or without milk.
